Your Instructor
Bulie has been training Microsoft soft skills since 2004. She has an honours degree in Psychology she attained from Wits University and has mastered how to customize her teaching style to make learning easier and understandable for different students. Her pace is somehow a bit slow but the intention is to make sure the student grasp the training.
Bulie has a deep passion for training and has realized that her purpose for living is to instill knowledge and motivation in others. You will witness this as you watch and listen to her training videos. A sense of a passionate trainer and a motivator will be revealed almost instantly as you start to watch the video materials she has prepared.
Bulie has also worked as a Call Center Consultant at Vodacom for over 4 years. Customer service and call center management is her turf. You are indeed learning from the best.
